30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE ON YOUR FIRST ORDER

If your first order is not for you, we refund it in full. Email support@ableformula.com within thirty (30) days of delivery with your order number and a few words about what did not work. You do not need to send anything back.

The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order placed with us — whether it was a one-time purchase or the first box of a subscription.

DAMAGED, WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

If any order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong items, email support@ableformula.com within thirty (30) days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, a photo. We will replace the affected items or refund them — your choice. You do not need to return them.

OTHER RETURNS

Able is a food. For safety reasons we cannot resell returned bottles, so beyond the cases above we do not accept returns of opened or unopened products. If we ask you to send something back (for example, to inspect a damaged shipment), we cover the return shipping and confirm the instructions by email first. Please do not ship anything to us without that confirmation.

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES

You can skip a delivery, change the box, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, up to the day before the next box is billed. A box that has already been billed and shipped is covered by the sections above like any other order.

REFUNDS

Refunds go to the original payment method. We process them within fifteen (15) days of confirming your request; depending on your bank, it can take a few more business days for the amount to appear.
