About Able

Breakfast, measured once.

Able is a dry breakfast in a bottle: whey protein, whole-grain flakes, real fruit. You add milk, shake, and it is ready in thirty seconds.

Most people want to eat properly in the morning and do not have the time to put it together every day. So we do the measuring once: enough protein to count as a meal, a grain that keeps you going, fruit you can see — and nothing that is there only to make the label look better.

What is inside, in full

Vanilla, in full: whey protein concentrate (milk, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), rolled oats, sugar, ground vanilla, Himalayan salt. Five ingredients.

The other starting flavours swap the vanilla for cocoa, freeze-dried blueberries, or apple with Ceylon cinnamon. Every flavour comes on rolled oats or black barley — you choose the base for each bottle.

15 g of protein per serving. 4 g of added sugar or less. No flavourings, no sweeteners, no thickeners in the starting flavours. Where a flavour does use a flavouring, it is natural and named on the label.

From the founder

I grew up around grain. Biligrain, my family's business, grows black barley and mills it into flakes at our own facility. What I could not find was a breakfast that used grain properly and took less than a minute. So I started measuring it myself, at home, one bottle at a time. Able is that bottle, made carefully enough to sell.

Where it comes from

  • Whey protein — Sachsenmilch, Germany. Instantised whey protein concentrate (WPC 80).
  • Rolled oats — ordinary rolled oats from a Ukrainian mill.
  • Black barley — grown and flaked by Biligrain, our family business.
  • Fruit — whole fruit, freeze-dried in Ukraine.
  • Cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon — cocoa powder, ground vanilla pods, Ceylon cinnamon.
  • Made and packed — Krasyliv, Khmelnytskyi region, Ukraine, in small batches.

How we work

  • The label matters less than what's in it. If the logo disappeared, the bottle would still have to be the sensible choice.
  • Everything on the bottle is checkable. Per serving, per 100 g, protein source named.
  • If it only exists to impress, it goes. From the ingredient list and from the packaging.
  • One decision, made once. A box of 15 to 30 meals arrives when you choose. Skip, change or cancel anytime.

Not a supplement. Able is food: a breakfast with grain in it, not a protein product with a flavour.

Not a diet. We do not promise weight, muscle or energy outcomes. The numbers are on the label; what they mean for you depends on your day.

Where we are now

We are small. A few flavours, a small production in Krasyliv, every bottle packed by hand. That will change. The ingredient list will not.
